Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Veasio and its clients for all consulting, automation, and artificial intelligence services.

2. Services

Veasio provides strategic consulting, process automation, AI agent integration, digital communication, and ongoing support services. The details of each engagement are defined in the accepted quote or commercial proposal.

3. Pricing and Billing

Prices are quoted in euros, excluding tax. Applicable VAT is added at the current rate. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue, unless otherwise stated in the quote.

4. Duration and Termination

The duration of the engagement is defined in the quote. In case of early termination by the client, services already delivered remain due. A 30-day notice period is required for any termination.

5. Liability

Veasio undertakes to provide its services with due diligence and professionalism. Its liability is limited to the fees received for the relevant engagement.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all information exchanged in the context of the engagement. This obligation persists for 2 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables produced as part of the engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. Tools, methodologies, and frameworks developed by Veasio remain its exclusive property.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marseille, France.
